How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling for United States are as follows.
For orders totaling $0.00 to $49.99 - $12.50
For orders totaling $50.00 to $99.99 - $18.50
For orders totaling $100.00 to $200.00 - $27.50
For orders totaling $200.01 and over - Please eMail us for quote.

How fast will my package be shipped?
We ship try to ship all order within 72 hours. Please also refer to the item list as some items could take 2 to 3 week to be process.  Once your item has been shipped. You should receive your package within 3-7 working days to any
U.S. destinations. International order will varies on your location.

What is your Return Policy?
Due to the fact that most of our items are unique one-of-a-kind or made to order, all Sales Are Final. There are a few exceptions to this policy. All items are shipped insured with the exception on items purchased through eBay with no insurance. If your item arrives damaged or is lost, please let us know via email. We can replace it with a similar item or refund you your purchase price less shipping and handling. Please allow 2-3 weeks for credit to be issued.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Since we are located in Hawai`i, we are obligated to collect state sales tax of 4.712% on all orders placed by Hawai`i customers. Orders from all out-of-state customers are not assessed a sales tax.

Do you accept International orders?
Yes. All items in this site have been calculated for USA shipping and handling. For any International orders please obtain a shipping and handling quote from us via email before you place your order.
